Peter Eerdmans

Peter Eerdmans is a strong advocate for adult education. He took early retirement to take up an offer for full-time study at the University of Sydney and graduated at the age of 69 in Philosophy and Psychology which were life-long interests.  "Growing old while always learning" remains his motto.   He walks daily to keep mentally and physically fit.

The Current affairs Discussion Group has been part of the U3A curriculum since 1996. The course is designed to be intellectually challenging and to stimulate those women and men who take more than a passing interest in the issues and events affecting our personal world and the wider world around us.

A strictly non-partisan approach aims at keeping the discussion pleasant, civil and informative.
